Shipping Policy

Shipping services are not active while products remain in production. Final charges and order-specific estimates shown at checkout take priority.

Processing and dispatch

After local fulfillment opens, our goal is to dispatch verified in-stock orders within one business day. Orders placed after the warehouse cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next operating day. Address problems, promotions, severe weather, and unusual order volume may add time.

United States delivery

Planned standard delivery is approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and carrier disruptions may take longer. Eligible U.S. orders of USD $35 or more are planned to receive free standard shipping; the checkout total is final.

South Korea delivery

Planned standard delivery is approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch. Islands, remote regions, peak periods, and carrier disruptions may take longer. The final local shipping threshold and carrier will be shown at checkout.

International delivery

Available destinations, services, charges, and delivery estimates appear at checkout. Customs processing can cause delays.

Duties and taxes

Unless checkout explicitly says charges are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, and handling fees assessed by the destination country.
